![]() ![]() ![]() Well went through the process talking to them on the phone got nowhere was told I was going to be contacted in an hour no contact called back same run around told her was contacted so on and so on this happened six times recently they told me I had to wait 4 hours and they would contact me still no call we pay 3 months in advance for the service All I need is a *** card to fix the problem yet they keep telling me there's nothing wrong with the *** card even though the phone is telling me that the *** card is not working this is now fixing to be Monday still no resolution no contact from them I was told to go purchase a *** card which we did call them for activation still spent money on it and everything and already prepaid service I need a resolution I need my service to either be working or I need another service. ![]() Okay so Wednesday contacted them because my *** card stopped working All I needed was a replacement. ![]()
